An ideal workshop for those new to Chalk Paint™ or wanting to improve their confidence. With a maximum of 5 people and myself on the course, you'll be sure to have lots of individual attention and advice.
You'll learn 3 different finishes with the Chalk Paint™, Clear Wax and Dark Wax and get to use the official brushes.
The 3 finishes are:
1. Annie Sloan's 'signature' look : Two colour distressing
2. Creating texture with Chalk Paint™
3. Creating a cracked paint effect with Chalk Paint™
We'll also cover problem solving techniques, and cover any questions you have so each workshop can take a slightly different route!
The course lasts approximately 3 hours and takes place at the shop.
The shop will be closed for the event to avoid interruptions.
Please wear clothing that you don't mind getting Chalk Paint™ on!
£60 per person

How do I book a workshop?
Please phone us on 01558 824573 or pop in the shop to book. We can then arrange a date and time (currently Tuesdays to Fridays). Speaking to us also means we're able to discuss the course and cancellation policy to you.
What should I bring?
Please wear clothes that you don't mind getting paint/wax on.
Please bring a bottle of water, or tea/coffee if you prefer. We no longer provide tea/coffee/biscuits, and have reduced the workshop cost to you to account for this. There are several coffee shops within eye-shot of the shop if you wish to purchase one.
There will be a 'break' roughly halfway through the course if you wish to pop out an get a hot drink.
There are toilet facilities at the shop.
What if I can't make it?
Important : Due to the limit on people attending the course, we're unable to offer refunds unless you provide me with 5 days notice, so that I can have a reasonable chance at filling your space. You can however send a friend in your place - just let us know the name change please. If you provide us with less than 5 days notice, but we still manage to fill your space, then a full refund would be provided after the event.
A full refund will be offered if your workshop is cancelled by The Little Welsh Dresser for any reason, or you can elect to attend an alternative workshop/'Paint a Piece' tuition instead.
